The documents listed below will help you through the process of connecting your project to the City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department (PSLUSD) water and wastewater system.

PSLUSD requires all submittals to be electronic. You may upload electronic files via FTP site (https://submit.cityofpsl.com), or you may email them to UtilEng@cityofpsl.com.
