Customers will continue to have the option to pay bills via phone, check by mail, credit card or City Hall’s drop-off boxes.
Features of the new and improved payment services include:
After creating a secure online account via InvoiceCloud, customers can store payment information and schedule payments in advance, view bills online, pay multiple bills at once with the shopping cart feature, and enroll in AutoPay. If customers do not wish to create an account, they can still view their bills online and make one-time payments.
The portal also offers the ability to opt into email and text notifications so that customers can customize their billing communications to receive reminders of upcoming due dates and other updates.
“With InvoiceCloud, we’re pleased to offer our utility customers an easier way to pay their utility bills and to manage their accounts,” said Port St. Lucie’s Manager of Utility Billing Connection Support, Regina Linsley. “We know that paying bills can be a frustrating part of the day, so we’re excited customers now have numerous, secure payment options within a system that is easy to navigate.”
To make use of these new bill management and payment options, PSL customers can enroll on the InvoiceCloud portal beginning Tuesday, Dec. 13 at https://utility.cityofpsl.com.
