Homes with existing City utility service

To start service in your home, applications can be made online.

What will I need to start service?

  • Copy or picture of Government-issued identification
  • Complete address where service is to be started
  • Date you would like to start service
  • A deposit is required to complete your application. We will contact you after your application has been received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit. Deposits are $50 for water only customers and $140 for water and sewer customers

What do I need to start service at a new construction home?

  • Complete address where service is to be connected
  • Copy of the Plot Plan or Survey for the new home
  • Cash, check or credit card payment for the amount listed in the fee worksheet below

Residential well and septic conversions

What do I need to convert from well/septic to City water/sewer?

  • Complete address where service is to be connected
  • Drivers licenses of all homeowners on the deed to the property
  • Cash, check, or credit card payment for the amount in the worksheet below
