Who can make an online application?
- Those wishing to start service on a residential property with existing water and or (sewer) wastewater service(s).
What will I need to start service?
- Copy or picture of Government issued Identification
- Complete address where service is to be started
- Date you would like to start your service
- A deposit is required to complete your application. We will contact you after your application has been received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit. Deposits are $50.00 for water only customer and $140.00 for water and sewer customers.
What will I need to start service in business/entity name for single-family residential or non-residential property?
- Copy or picture of Government issued Identification ex: valid Driver’s license, ID card, or passport for an authorized agent of the business/entity.
- Complete address where service is to be started.
- Date you would like to start your service.
- A deposit is required to complete your application. We will contact you after your application has been received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit. Deposits are $50.00 for properties with only City water and $140.00 for properties with both city water and city sewer.
