The “all-in-one” bill pay services are third-party companies, not affiliated with the City of Port St. Lucie, that charge their users to manage and pay multiple bills all on one site.

Paying your Port St. Lucie Utility Systems water and or sewer bill is absolutely free when you pay through our customer portal.

Port St. Lucie Utility Systems has made it easy and convenient for you to manage your account and make payments, either online, over-the-phone, or in person.

Our online customer payment portal is free of charge and allows you to do the following:

  • Set up paperless billing
  • Manage eBill notifications
  • View past bills
  • Set up and manage monthly AutoPay
  • Manage and pay multiple accounts
  • Save multiple payment methods in a secured wallet

If you need assistance setting up your online account, contact our Customer Service Office by sending an email to utility@cityofpsl.com or stop by the Customer Service Office located in City Hall at 121 S.W. Port St. Lucie Blvd. Room 169, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our Customer Service representatives will gladly help you set up your account in less than five minutes at no cost.
