Check out the new bill pay upgrades

The new user-friendly, secure online payment portal is accessible any time, day or night, from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Two new online payment options include a one-time payment option, as well as a registered account portal with many new features, including:

  • Ability to add multiple Utility accounts to your profile
  • Pay multiple accounts at the same time
  • Save several payment options: debit cards, credit cards, or checking or savings accounts
  • Manage your account: change your password, edit your profile
  • Set up automated monthly payments
  • Receive e-bills

Please note that customers will have to re-register their accounts in the new system. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we think you’ll find the new system more organized and easier to navigate.Also, customers may now pay their Utility bill over-the-phone with preset automated voice prompts or get account information from home or on-the-go, by calling (772) 871-5330.

Lastly, our reorganized webpage will feature the latest Utility-related news and information, as well as easy access to Customer Service and Utility Engineering.
