The City has chosen InvoiceCloud, an EngageSmart solution for utility online bill payment services for PSL USD customers. The new online payment portal launched Tuesday, Dec. 13. More than 90,000 Port St. Lucie’s USD customers now have the option to pay their utility bills via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Pay by Text. Customers will continue to have the option to pay bills via phone, check by mail, credit card or City Hall’s drop-off boxes.

Features of the new and improved payment services include:

  • View and pay your bills online 24/7.
  • Go paperless to receive bills via email.
  • Schedule your payments in advance.
  • Make credit card and e-check payments with AutoPay.
  • Sign up to pay by phone or text.
  • Receive email and text reminders.

After creating a secure online account via InvoiceCloud, customers can store payment information and schedule payments in advance, view bills online, pay multiple bills at once with the shopping cart feature, and enroll in AutoPay. If customers do not wish to create an account, they can still view their bills online and make one-time payments.

The portal also offers the ability to opt into email and text notifications so that customers can customize their billing communications to receive reminders of upcoming due dates and other updates.

“With InvoiceCloud, we’re pleased to offer our utility customers an easier way to pay their utility bills and to manage their accounts,” said Port St. Lucie’s Manager of Utility Billing Connection Support, Regina Linsley. “We know that paying bills can be a frustrating part of the day, so we’re excited customers now have numerous, secure payment options within a system that is easy to navigate.”
