More information about new utility payment system

Wednesday 28 December More information about new utility payment system

A new payment system has been implemented effective December 13th for water and sewer services. The new system offers many new features including Pay by Text. The new payment system will require existing customers to create an account to be able to use extended features such as reviewing past bills, making a payment, etc.

The Utility Systems Department is committed to making the registration process straightforward and secure. We value the feedback and thank those who reached out regarding their experience. Further improvements were implemented, and customers may find revised step-by-step instructions as follows.
There are multiple ways to create an account and the below example is one of the easiest. The Utility Systems Department staff is standing by at 772-873-6400 and via email at utility@cityofpsl.com, 24 hours a day/365 days a year to assist our customers.

  • "On the very next page, you should automatically see your account number and email address that is on file. Please enter a new password in “Create Password” and “Confirm Password.."
  • Next, please review the “I Would Like to Sign Up for Paperless” and decide if you would like to choose this option. Scroll down and click “Complete Registration."
  • A confirmation email will follow confirming the registration completion.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have previously setup automatic payments (autopay), no action is necessary for payments to continue. However, if you need to make changes to your payments or would like to view your bill, registration will be required.
